The hotel is well located beside Regents Park, perfect for a morning stroll to have brunch in the park's cafe. The late check out time of midday is wonderful. The reception and bar staff are very welcoming and helpful. We drove to the hotel and they were happy to tell us how many carparks were available just before our arrival so we knew we'd have space. It is open air parking so no height restrictions. We were lucky to have one room upgraded, though both rooms were very comfortable. The only slightly off putting experience was the man inside the door who never smiles and looks down his nose at you - perhaps he is security and paid to make guests uncomfortable. Definitely not representative of all the other wonderful staff.

As soon as you walked into reception the greeting was warm and friendly and very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and had everything that you needed for your stay and the standard of cleanliness very high. The Breakfast had lots of choice and was very nice The restaurant in the evening was very good value for money with a nice selection of meals. The chef even willing to send a little taster out to my son to ensure that the sauce was not too spicy before he ordered. A special mention for Isha too, who works in the restaurant, whose smile and friendliness could brighten the cloudiest day. Great experience all round and will be staying again.

we stayed in one of the updated rooms and my 7 year old son loved it. we booked one night to go the Winter wonderland. We got there half an hour before check in and we were told our room.was ready we didn't have to wait. We came back cold from being outside for so long and couldn't get warm even after hot shower and heating the room. we were given another duvet and an extra heater. the staff respond within minutes and so friendly. the breakfast was really good and overall a 10 out of 10 for everything. We will be back here next time we come for any London entertainment. The staff I must say are extremely helpful and friendly.

Lovely family room. Good size with comfortable beds and bar fridge, tea and coffee. Enjoyed our stay. Good location next to Regents park (beautiful in spring) Closest tube 10 minute walk but there were three buses straight out the front which took you into the centre of London. Had breakfast and a good selection, enjoyed the berry compote. Ate at the hotel one night and enjoyed our food. The teddy bears for the kids was a special touch which was appreciated.

The renovation of the family rooms was top notch and we had a lovely stay. We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious, incredibly comfortable and modern. Extremely convenient for public transport, the proximity to the London Zoo and Regent park when travelling with children was absolutely fantastic. The staff are lovely and very helpful always.
